At Sardis, we are committed to partnering with others in our community to make Chilliwack a better place to live, work, and play in the name of Jesus.
A few of our local partnerships:
Sardis Doorway
For mothers of preschool aged children who find themselves parenting alone and under supported.
The mothers attend workshops and other learning and support opportunities. Workshop topics may include healthy relationships, meal planning, child development and more.
While the mothers are in her program. Her children are cared for by loving, trained volunteers. All receive breakfast and a full hot lunch. Referrals and other supports are available
Cyrus Centre
Provides services to youth aged 12-24 who are without a safe and stable place to live. Our services include a wide variety of supports including shelter, meals, advocacy, shower, laundry services and much more.
PEARL Life Centre
PEARL Life Renewal Society opened PEARL Resource Centre in November 2017 – a unique drop in day program for sexually abused and exploited girls and women in downtown Chilliwack. Trauma informed care is delivered by experienced and qualified staff and volunteers who meet women where they are at. With the goal of developing caring relationships, providing community referral and support, and meeting basic needs, PEARL Resource Centre offers vulnerable women the hope of a different reality, a way out of sexual exploitation and off of the streets.

Helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty and addiction
